There is no harm in asking your
customers who have purchased your products or taken aide of yourservices for reviews. Once they are over with using the product or
service, most will be willing to share their experience. Make them
believe that you take their reviews seriously, and you will be
flooded with many.
You can ask for customer’s reviews through emails, over the phone or through social media. Thus, you will be
able to get a general idea of how many are satisfied and how many are not. This strategy is effective, as many people who are satisfied
with a product/service rarely review, whereas the once who are not
itch to provide one. This move from your side will cox the satisfied
customers to express their experience as well.
